We hope that you enjoy your products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return the item within 14 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund of the product, minus any shipping and handling costs that have been incurred.

Your returned products must be:

1. Not used and In their original, unopened condition (both products and packaging)
2. Not of perishable nature (protein bars for example)
3. Securely wrapped

We will reject any return that does not meet any of the five criteria above. Please ensure that products are picked carefully as we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed items. You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item(s) are deemed to be “Faulty or Incorrect”.

Please note that if you would like another product to be sent out in exchange, then you will need to pay for the shipping cost of this item. Returns are not available on sale items or short dated items. Please remember it is at our discretion when considering any exchange option for you.
